I initiated and organised bi-weekly album listening parties in a small bar in Huddersfield during the first half of 2022. Looking back, organising these events were some of my happiest times as it was so rewarding being able to facilitate a space that allowed people to listen and reflect on music in a social setting. These events sparked hours and hours of conversations and debates, and connected people through talking about music and their personal tastes.
